In case anybody missed it, Separation Anxiety resumed a regular weekly update schedule at the beginning of January.

Nothing scares me any more.
Summer is here and my entire right arm is completely fucked. Pretty much going to be 40 degrees this week, so I’m hunkering down with a bunch of low-energy left-handed projects and some fierce air-conditioning.
Wish me luck and minimal nosebleeds.
Take me out in one fell swoop, knock me out cold.
Christmas was some weeks ago now, but I’m feeling a couple of things are worth discussing, so why not wrap it all up together with a New Year update that should probably be two entries but I feel a lot like both have been put off for too long and would prefer to just get it all out of the way at once?
Uh…
Even if it rains here, it’s much worse in the north.
We are yet again drifting awfully close to what the townsfolk in Animal Crossing refer to as “Present Day”.
Hopefully this year won’t find me feeling off all day or vomiting all night. Summer is fun, right? Tech Support was up watching movies while I was vomiting, he came down stairs briefly, not to check that I was okay or anything, just to point out that I, apparently, looked “like Edward Cullen.” Which I guess means pale, shiny, and desperately attractive to teenage girls? Then again, aren’t I always?
But I digress.
Let me know, is your heart still beating?
A bit of sad news today…
Recently it was announced that the Melbourne Anime Festival, better known as “Manifest” is shutting down for good.
It came as a bit of a shock, there hadn’t been any mentions about the possibility of it shutting down (well, not that I’d noticed, but then I am hilariously unobservant), and there had even been some mentions of plans for 2014 and 2015, but, well… There will be no Manifest 2014, as 2013 was the last one.
You will wake up when we say so, you will sleep when we shut out the lights.
After much thought and deliberation I have come to the decision that Separation Anxiety will be taking a break for the month of December. Regular updates will resume on Thursday the second of January, 2014.
Separation Anxiety (comic), chapter 1, page 10, panel 3.
How many stitches do you think it takes to fix a cut that bad?
Feels like it’s been a while, yeah?
There are a few costume projects I’d like to post some updates about but… they’re currently at awkward in-between phases and I just don’t feel like there’s enough material to warrant an entire blog entry, you know? It’d just feel all kinds of half-baked. But not in the delicious cake-batter sort of a way.
So instead of neglecting this place any further, lets talk about the fact that I finally finished that awful “30 days” meme I started last August. If the time passed has been 15 months then I guess that puts it to an average of two images per month. Longest 30 days ever.
If you want to complete it for yourself, then you can find the full list over on Fur Affinity: Korth’s 30 days of porn artist challenge.
When you’ve got no other choice you know you can follow my voice.
The Melbourne Zombie Shuffle was last Saturday so the better part of last week was spent putting the final touches on the costumes.
This year we got a small group together, cosplaying characters from the web comic Maggot Boy. Being about zombies it seemed appropriate- not to mention how much fun MaEmon and I had cosplaying two of the characters (Davey and Owen respectively) at Manifest back in August.
Please try to remember, it’s natural for a thing like me.
This is a metaphor.
We’re bound to linger on.
What up, losers? Insulting people is an appropriate way to begin a blog entry, yes?
Well, even in the event that it isn’t, I’ve made my choices and am committed to them, for better or for worse. Mostly worse.
Speaking of poor life choices that I’m committed to, Separation Anxiety, is still a thing that is somehow managing to still be happening! The prologue reached its conclusion some weeks ago and first chapter has since commenced.
Updates are still on Thursdays.
But that isn’t really why I’m here today.
